Sand, surf and sunshine. This day at the beach is the calm before the storm, the ebbs and flows of the waves, nature’s way, at once, peaceful, then, gusty and cresting. Soaring sails and seaside surf, tumbling and cascading over themselves, an array of satin and translucent ribbons, symbols of the sea, their shimmering glass beads are surely what seashells are made of, glinting on the peak of the wave, set off by glimmering notions, twinkling, as the rising tide goads them, at one time, nearer, at another, away, from the shore. The ocean gusts lift the sails upward, pushing them towards the waves, as they catch the wind and drift along, the satin glow reflecting the sun’s pure light.
